Dr. Benson Ng, Chiropractor

Dr. Benson Ng graduated from York University with an Honours degree in Kinesiology. He graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Ng has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of acute and chronic sports injuries by integrating functional screening, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation protocols. Using manual therapy techniques as well as acupcuncture, he is focused on identifying and correcting movement patterns in order to minimize injury and optimize performance. Dr. Ng firmly believes a multidisciplinary approach is the key to providing the best possible care.

Dr. Ng is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Shivangi Trivedi Physiotherapist

Shivangi Trivedi is an experienced Registered Physiotherapist with a graduate in Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2007, with Certifications in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) in Pediatrics and Mulligan Treatment (Manual Therapy).

Shivangi has extensive experience treating wide range of Pediatric population- torticollis, flat head, low tone, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, autism disorder to name a few; Work related, Gym, acute and chronic Sports injuries; Neurological disorders like concussion, stroke; Pregnancy related musculoskeletal conditions, diastesis recti and post-natal fitness. She is passionate about fitness and uses physiotherapy principles to create custom fitness sessions for injury prevention and advanced return to function rehabilitation, named as ‘PHYSIOFIT’ sessions.

As a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and Certified Neurodevelopmental Therapist, Shivangi has a first of its kind research publication combing the two unique principles; in “International Journal of Neurologic Physical Therapy”. She focuses strongly on thorough assessments, evidence based manual techniques and custom exercises. Treatment strategies include Hands-on soft tissue and fascia mobilization, Mulligan techniques, Active and passive elongations, Strengthening exercises, Taping and Electrotherapeutic modalities for pain relief.

Shivangi cherishes her growing years as a sports captain having won state and local championships in Cricket, Judo-Karate, Shot put, Discus Throw and Long jump and enjoys variety of outdoor sports and hiking.

Anjali Dharaskar, Physiotherapist

Anjali is a Registered Physiotherapist in the province of Ontario. She has over 18 years of experience in diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological conditions.

She has a special interest in treating post-operative joint replacement surgery patients. She is skilled in soft tissue mobilization techniques, taping, cervical & lumbar tractions. She also uses modalities as needed for managing & controlling pain so patients can improve their quality of life. She believes in correcting faulty postural habits before they become irreversible. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.:
